Margus (specific Q): reference gov. registry list as a research topic. based on classical domains of governance, and EU interop framework with pool of example registrars, would be good to analyze / synthesize of registers. if you start designing a service, which register / which type of info will the service connect with.

Margus: re. DPI very product-oriented right now e.g. ID w. MOSIP. DPI as current momentum also creating a certain vendor favor-ism / vendor lock. but our BB specs could be prompt-based for potential AI to produce the products / specs. interesting research domain requiring certain ref. architecture. research on what type of pre-req.

Vikash: submitted one paper to ISDP (beyond SDG: ongoing journey of GovStack).

Questionnaire: still have access to it. DIAL strategy is changing a bit, intersection w. climate, gender, data gov. DIAL requesting partners to re-run the questionnaire. Suggest doing it on Confluence to avoid lock-out (could be under draft). Vikash / Joseph. prepared initially. Questions are here: https://form.jotform.com/223331222442340

Action: Mark Mulobi to transcribe onto Confluence and reshare. Deadline in 2 weeks. Shared with all stakeholders of GovStack (4 partners Martinez, Yolanda (Deactivated)/ Mark Mulobi / Margus Mägi / Josephine Lusi + WGs internally) > develop on initial strategy > then present + externalize for identifying research partners.

 Paper submission for AHFE, ICEGOV

AHFE (Ingrid as session lead / track chair): Submission of paper or workshop. Pending payment issue. Virtual participation available for accepted papers. 3 accepted (Ingrid is presenting 1, ITU/Vikash presenting 1, DIAL presenting 1). Still have to register first to allow for placement into agenda. ITU managing payment question.

Vikash: content should not be submitted in 2 diff. places (Ingrid’s comment also that we cannot)

Yolanda: submission of workshop is easier

ICEGOV: icegov.org, could also use the rejected SDG ongoing journey GovStack paper complemented with Djibouti, etc. to be submitted as ongoing research paper. Josephine last year there is reg. fee (to be accepted needs to pay some fee). reg. fee: https://www.icegov.org/edition-2022/registration. Put as a subpage proposal review for workshop at ICEGOV.
