Initial Goals

Since USCT use case is described and mapped out on a pretty high level, we need to take a lot of explicit decisions based upon assumptions to make it applicable in the Sandbox context. Today we would like to create a shared understanding of the as-is state and the to-be state of this Use Case in context of the Sandbox.

  1. Independently of Use Case 1: Briefly review targeted UIs (done (tick))

  2. Create a shared understanding of as-is USCT Use Case Steps (done (tick))

  3. Create a shared understanding of USCT Use Case step priority (partially discussed (tick))

  4. Discuss which BBs we should and can consider in this use case from a business and technical perspective (not done (blue star))

(blue star) Decisions and Outcomes

(blue star) Action Items

Post meeting resource collection

  1. Abstract standard process for social protection use cases from world bank: Sourcebook on the Foundations of Social Protection Delivery Systems (worldbank.org) (too long, don't bother reading. But it is the source of this colourful process diagramm on top of the USCT use case)

  2. Two use case scenarios from G2P Connect who drafted a software stack for social protection use cases. Just a few bullet points on slide 7 and 8: G2P-Connect: October Demo - Google Präsentationen

    1. More detailed in a draft document as it seems: G2P Connect: October Demo Usecases - Google Docs

  3. Documents developed by Payment BB group to further specify the use case (Mauree, Venkatesen ):
