Initial Goals

Since USCT use case is described and mapped out on a pretty high level, we need to take a lot of explicit decisions based upon assumptions to make it applicable in the Sandbox context. Today we would like to create a shared understanding of the as-is state and the to-be state of this Use Case in context of the Sandbox.

1. Independently of Use Case 1: Briefly review targeted UIs (done )

2. Create a shared understanding of as-is USCT Use Case Steps (done )

3. Create a shared understanding of USCT Use Case step priority (partially discussed )

4. Discuss which BBs we should and can consider in this use case from a business and technical perspective (not done )

Decisions and Outcomes

• USCT Use Case will be worked out top-bottom to apply it to the Sandbox

• Prioritization will be mainly assumptions-based, but we will make our best efforts to put data behind the decisions

• Shown 4 targeted UIs are agreed upon

• Mission of Sandbox as a tangible vertical prototype of GovStack is a shared goal - parts of the use case might therefore be quite applied to a specific local scenario

• Artun Gürkan Jonas Bergmeier continue with detailed breakdown of applied use case steps for Sandbox, Candidate USCT use case steps to continue with: Data verification and Validation, Ongoing Case Management, Registration, Updating, Enrollment
• Nico Lueck Connect Gofore with contacts that worked on or currently work on applied examples of USCT or comparable use cases
