Tools mentioned by Mr. Aare: Figma, draw io, Archi

The aim of this week is to provide hands-on experience implementing the GovStack approach through a Do It Yourself (DIY) GS Sandbox workshop. Participants will explore the fully functional environment that offers an extensive API that public and private agencies can utilize to replicate the features of the GovStack Specifications. Furthermore, a deeper focus will be on understanding the synergy between service design and enterprise architecture, and discover how Generative AI (GenAI) tools can enhance architectural design processes. Through hands-on experience, participants will achieve a deeper understanding of how to leverage the GovStack Sandbox to drive innovation and create effective digital solutions.

Assignment:

Target Architecture: - Has the team outlined the fundamental building blocks (e.g., APIs, cloud platforms, data management) for the transformed service? - Is the target architecture strategically aligned with the service's goals?

Process and Workflow Maps: - Are the new processes and workflows clearly mapped within the new architecture? - Do the workflows reflect improvements over the current (AS-IS) system?

Deployment Platform Selection: - Has the team selected a suitable platform for hosting the new service? - Is the platform selection justified based on service requirements and scalability? Data

Architecture: - Has the team designed a robust and secure data storage and management strategy? - Has the team outlined the data to be used and exchanged? - Is the data architecture aligned with privacy, security, and compliance standards?

Service Blueprint: - Has the team provided a detailed and comprehensive blueprint of the envisioned business processes and interactions within the transformed service? - Does the blueprint clearly outline the micro and macro reusable components?
