Week 4: GovStack Sandbox and tools - How to leverage it for rapid prototyping

Week 4: GovStack Sandbox and tools - How to leverage it for rapid prototyping

Aim of the week

The aim of this week is to provide hands-on experience implementing the GovStack approach through a Do It Yourself (DIY) GS Sandbox workshop. Participants will explore the fully functional environment that offers an extensive API that public and private agencies can utilize to replicate the features of the GovStack Specifications. Furthermore, a deeper focus will be on understanding the synergy between service design and enterprise architecture, and discover how Generative AI (GenAI) tools can enhance architectural design processes. Through hands-on experience, participants will achieve a deeper understanding of how to leverage the GovStack Sandbox to drive innovation and create effective digital solutions.

Assignment:

By the end of the week, teams should conduct an assessment of the chosen organization's capabilities and digital public infrastructure. Based on this assessment, use the PPT workbook to:

  • Perform a change impact assessment: Detailing how the proposed changes will impact business processes, data flows, applications, technology infrastructure, and other architectural components.

  • Identify & highlight the potential risks associated with the proposed changes

For the Prototype development:
● Have a rapid prototype environment (Joget/Figma etc.).

● Develop the architecture diagram for the target prototype.

● Introduce the Identification (ID) and Consent Building Blocks (BBs).
