Aim of the week: Aim of the Week: Sustainable digital transformation requires embedding the lessons learned from past modernization and digitalization efforts. Prior to embarking on crafting a transformation roadmap, it is essential to analyze both the successes and failures of countries that have effectively implemented digital transformation initiatives. By understanding these insights, organizations can avoid common pitfalls and adopt proven best practices. This week will focus on key change management strategies and implementation frameworks designed to support the development of GovStack-compliant solutions.

Pre-Read: Each participant is to review the identified section within PAERA in preparation for the lecture session on Wednesday the 2nd of October 2024.

Lecture session: All groups are to participate in the lecture session for Week 4. The lecture session will include presentations from GovStack teams and sessions from guest lecturers as well.

Assignment:

By the end of the week, the teams should develop a roadmap outlining the necessary steps to transition from the (AS-IS) state to the (TO-BE) state.

This roadmap should include: -

  • Phased implementation plan: Breaking down the development and deployment process into a clear sequence of steps with defined milestones and timelines.

  • Resource allocation: Identify the required resources (technology, personnel, budget) for each phase.

  • Risk mitigation strategies

For the Prototype development, in Joget:
