    We had a short alignment meeting on UX related topics for the Sandbox:

    Agenda

    • USCT applied user flow: WIP check in, focus on possibility of citizen-facing UI

      • clarify need and possibilities of USCT gov. practitioner involvement; if - when and how?

    • Onboarding flow: WIP feedback and discussion 

    Decisions and Outcomes

    Regarding onboarding flow:

    • functional features not main selling points

    • idea of what is happening behind should be visible, in scenario not only include citizen and servant

      • tell specific story for servant for example and demonstrate above high level view, how govstack is tackling the big picture

    Action Items

    @Artun Gürkan (Deactivated) @Jonas Bergmeier continue to work out service maps for USCT steps Registration and Payment
    @Nico Lueck will be actively contacted by @Artun Gürkan (Deactivated) @Jonas Bergmeier when service map is aligned with tech team and ready for review by USCT experts
    Sandbox “Onboarding” journey will be worked out on high level with focus on non-technical gov. decision maker, findings from empathy map workshop will be taken into account @Jonas Bergmeier
