This page describes the GovStack Governance Committee meeting notes. We use this meeting page to both run the meeting and keep notes, actions and decisions.
To avoid long meeting where the current status of each report is read out, we ask all participants to read the links below before the meeting, add in any questions they may have and then ask them in the meeting. This will focus the meeting upon the questions, decisions and actions needed for greatest impact.

GovStack new Data Lead Maksim Ovtsinnikov took office on 07 April | New position hired for the GovStack Data Lead and available to support not only with the update of the specs. Kristo will work with the new lead to develop an updates tech strategy for the next 3-5 years. |

Bogota GovStack Workshop |
| Last week, the World Bank launched a GovStack workshop in Bogotá, which yielded excellent results and received strong approval from public officials. The World Bank has prioritized the GovStack methodology to drive digital transformation in Latin America. |

It will be pushed towards the end of June, in order to give us enough time to a) further develop the legal entity and related partnership moddel, and b) have conversations with AB members before the meeting, to understand how to improve the format. |
Events (WSIS Updates) | Nora, GIZ | Nora was informed that there will be a WSIS session around the Women in GovTech challenge, organized by Ayush and team |
Partnership CDPI | Nora | The ain is to find way to partner with CDPI in country, to be less confuding for countries where both initiatives are active, and to build on each others strenghts. We will send out the country list today in order to continue the coinversation. |
Outreach of MFA to BMZ | Sarah | BMZ received the letter from MFA and is about to send out a reply. |
