This page describes the GovStack meeting notes. We use this meeting page to both run the meeting and keep notes, actions and decisions.

To avoid long meeting where the current status of each report is read out, we ask all participants to read the links below before the meeting, add in any questions they may have and then ask them in the meeting. This will focus the meeting upon the questions, decisions and actions needed for greatest impact.

Estonia: Meeting to discuss internally end of August. Topics collected: Use cases Cross border efforts (e.g. with smart africa) Digital leaders forum refer to comms framework. next steps: Nora puts together a deck eith goals, topics, partners etc, all partners share their unput and options to contribute for a joint event participation.

Country Engagements	Kristo	make sure the GovStack specifications are really used in countries, we need more strategic CE work. Kristo presents new 5 phase structure of countries. Feedback ITU: 2: add bb and mapping 3: include contribution back to GovMarket 4: Cross organizational/ -sectoral juristictions between phase 2 and 3 - maybe add implementation of all use cases discussed, so that politicials next steps: phases will be presented in weeky CE call for feedback and to discuss how to put it into practice
