Jira Access
Access to Jira to all members given. Some members don’t have access to Jira, they can share their email addresses on Slack and ask Ali for access.
Task assignment to members through Jira. Each assignee will assign themselves a task, put start and end date, so that the work can be reviewed along with timeline.

Process of task assignment on Jira
For ensuring adequate distribution of work, each task can be broken into sub-tasks, each sub-task assigned to different members. The task is to review the section line-by-line. The person assigned is the owner, while other members are free to add comments for improvement. Based on comments, tasks can be broken into sub-tasks and shared with more people. More people can be tagged through the comment section to assign them subtasks. Members can directly add comments in the GitBook. All comments will remain in the GitBook and later transferred in the Issues section.
