Everyone on call had Jira access and had assigned tasks/sub-tasks.

  1. Ananya assigned Terminology section. Xilene working on sub-task, rearranging terms alphabetically.

  2. Xilene leading Cross-cutting requirements.

  3. Janet working on Functional Requirements. Can review the existing subtasks. Distribution of work is pertinent here since it is a big section.

  4. Chinenye working on Data structures.

  5. Umang will work on service APIs section. Work on this section will begin later.

  6. Internal workflows and other resources sections open for other WG members.

Progress updates

  1. Ananya has added new definitions in comments for the terminology section.

  2. Chinenye has flagged issue with respect to missing section 7.3.1 and 7.3.2 in the Data Structures section.

  3. Janet has reviewed Key Digital Functionalities. She can add her revisions as comments on the GitBook.

  4. Xilene has flagged issues in the Cross-cutting Requirements section.

Next Steps

  • Work assignment for Registration BB on Jira

  • Discuss feedback for each section during the weekly calls, assigning specific time for each section.

  • Each section should be reviewed by 30th September, with comments with respect to any possible ambiguity in the sections and larger/overall changes. After that we can work on content revision for the sections.

  • Overall deadline for finishing the BB GovSpec drafts is in two months.
