2025-10-02 WG Meeting

We focus on Registry BB and then move to Registration BB. We need to add comments and change requests in the “Development” branch on GitBook. https://app.gitbook.com/o/pxmRWOPoaU8fUAbbcrus/s/JBSmT2AWJq3vAm7orbdX/3-terminology . Add the comments in the read-only mode, instead of edit. If anyone has made comments in the edit mode (under change requests), it will be good if they can migrate those to the “read-only” mode. Ideally add comments in the form of solutions or what the final version should look like, if the commenter already has a clear idea of the modifications needed.

Progress so far

  1. Xilene worked on cross-cutting requirements and needs some clarifications on certain discrepancies in the document. She has added comments in the GitBook.

  1. Chinenye added comments on the Data structure chapter in the GitBook.

  1. Ananya has added comments on Terminology section in the GitBook.

  1. Janet’s section functional requirements depends on data structures and Key digital functionalities. So we need to finalise Key digital functionalities in the coming few weeks.

The group reviewed the Terminology section. Ananya can add the changes in the text and share the link in the group for final review.

Work before next week: review the latest version of Key Digital Functionalities. Next week: new Jira subtasks and reviewing next section.
