New Format - Request for Feedback

Pia

New format was presented and approved by the colleagues.

Feebdack from CE to Spec Development / WG

Ali / Marika

There is a need to improve the flow of information between the CE team and the working groups. The CE team agrees / shares this observation.

This affects various needs/levels:

  • Feedback and information requirements on the part of the WG regarding CE implementations (e.g. which specs are used where/how?) -> future documentation with dashboard if necessary.

  • Better briefing of the consultants who are active for us in the different partner countries – i.e. the need to inform them about the latest developments and efforts within the WGs in order to avoid duplication of work).

  • Active involvement of selected consultants/WG members in the playbook feedback.

In addition, Nico has already developed a workflow how to gather feedback from implementations (10/25) → Feedback Gathering from Country Engagements - GovStack - GovStack Wiki

NEXT STEPS:

  • Marika proposes to pilot the checklist.

  • Marika will send an email with the next steps. The next check-in (5 February 2026) will be used for this purpose.
