To avoid long meeting where the current status of each report is read out, we ask all participants to read the links below before the meeting, add in any questions they may have and then ask them in the meeting. This will focus the meeting upon the questions, decisions and actions needed for greatest impact.

Communications & Events 2026 H1 | @Martha Mundas | By the time of the GC meeting, each organisation is asked to review the GovStack_Events Tracker.xlsx and mark 3–5 events you consider most relevant for this year with a “High” priority. This will help us focus on the most important activities. Also, @everyone - please prepare other items from your relevant worksstreams from 2026 H1 on which a joint comms approach is needed, to avoid duplications and confusions - e.g. Implementation Playbook Open Consultation (Feb 2026), AI readiness guide (open consultation/launch?), specs/implementation guide releases, new WG leads appointed, etc. | Do we bring this page Communications - GovStack - GovStack Wiki back to life for better internal co-ordination (like we just did with country engagaments)? |
