Building Block Proposal Description | Citizens/businesses and government officials interact through government services that require exchange, submission, storage, and lifecycle management of documents and files. Especially in contexts of lower and mid digitized government processes, services still depend on citizens uploading supporting documents (certificates, forms, geospatial files, other evidence) and receiving output files (PDF certificates, reports). However, these capabilities are frequently implemented using external services or using file structures of an application/web page. These solutions don’t take into account the life cycle (e.g. updating) of the document by government officials (only accessible by admins of different services). Or they might not fulfil load and performance requirements. Functions could be:
