Regarding the “Implementation Graphic”:

• Put small Inclusion circle into the big “Test & Validate the Service” circle

• Adjust the sequence of the graph so the circle “Select Software & Service Providers should come as a small circle after the “Develop an E-Government Architecture” circle

• Adjust the sizes of the circles, so the “to-be”, “test and validate”, and “Architecture” should be the three big ones (these are the most important topics/where we spend the most time on)

Alignment of peer review session approach & timeline

• For the Peer Review and there specifically the “pre-read” phase we should additionally share the GitBook link (including all chapters (chapters that are fully finished)) for context. But then explain that “xyz” is there focus topic/focus chapter.

• Add Country Engagements people to the list of reviewers (e.g. Country Engagement Partners (Consultants))

• Add Description of the specific content for each Group, including specific chapters to review in each Group
