Keep experience for users the same of:
1. https://sandbox.govstack.global/ (and all four demos)
2. https://simulation.govstack.global/
Reduce costs by
1. Migrating to OpenStack Kubernetes or VMs
2. Shutdown backend applications
Add a fifth demo “cross-border payments”
Documentation for a pipeline to update frontend app
