Present certificate design of Women in GovStack

• In previous certificate versions, the logos were not correct

• ITU will send a copy for any changes or feedback and getting comms approval

  • Use ESTEV logo instead of Estonian embassy logo - Double check with Marika. Send this feedback to Jody and Ayush and confirm it - @Carlos Kuiv to send that by email

• There are several versions: certificate for participation, certificate for distinction (successfully pitched), certificate of appreciation (to mentors), finalist certificate (for finalists)

• GIZ used to send out certificates with Puja - who will send them out and when?

  • Possibility being a @govstack.global email such as community@govstack.global

• Previously certificate were sent one by one. @Van Wyk, Jody requested the procedure to be an agreement for the next iteration onwards so that we don’t keep re-inventing the wheel. He considers this to be a communications function.

• Nico has been reminding ITU to send their country cases to fill out the country impact reports

  • Around 15 expected

• EstDev has inserted 3, mainly on X-Road

• 11 countries added so far

• After all countries have been added we will go to ask the community about their project

• Then we can start approaching writing longer use cases

• This will beraised by nico at Governance meeting so show all stores and per organization to understand whether if partners have already filled out their form

• For Country Engagement, as part of the engagement contracts a deliverable should be required to write the country use case, or at least consultants should be invited as part of the contract##

• Proposing some evergreen content formats; several series:

  • Featuring work from people from the community asked for contacts from people that would want to write for GovStack via a standard questionnaire

  • Identify some evergreen posts that can be talen by community

• Look at the totality of channels we have and identify and understand or have a strategy for that

    • Target audience: Government officials looking to hire someone or to aqcuire a software product; People in the ecosystem looking for specifications and working groups

    • Purpose:

      • New teams or freelancers listed for GovMarket

      • New compliance software listed

      • New blogposts, i.e. country impact stories, new releases, blogposts

      • Specifications, sandbox, etc
