Decisions/Recommendations about tools and platforms to use for Community engagement, project management, documentation repositories, hosting, etc.
Provide support and input into future procurement processes
Work on finalizing the set of Use cases
Work on the implementation of the first demo use case
Continue to hold cross-BB weekly calls to ensure synergy among BB WG and to support WG work by proposing templates, tools, etc.
Maintain the GovStack documentation by managing versioning control, quality assurance, etc.
Supervise technical editing of all BB specs documents to ensure consistency and quality of final deliverables
Implement internal reviews of BB specs documents and provide feedback to WGs
Work with the “Product Team” to understand new Business requirements and their implications
Work closely with the System Integrator to provide guidance on Use cases to be developed and how to integrate different building blocks
Work closely with BB implementers to ensure that they are compliant with GovStack specs
Continue to support the external review process for BB specs
Provide input and integrate the work actually done on “personas” to design the overall GovStack environment based on different user need.
