Sprint Events

• In regular mode, the sprints are planned to last 2 weeks (10 wd). Sprint start and ends on Monday (Jira)

• During the sprint, every day is a daily meeting for 15-30 min (Team slack channel)

• Bi-weekly Monday is a Demo/review meeting with the participation of client/ key partners (MS Teams)

• After each sprint will be held retrospective (duration max 60 min) for improving team effectiveness and to address impediments (Slack/ Team / Figma)

• At the end of the 2-nd week will be backlog refinement and next sprint planning (Thursday afternoon) (Slack/Team/ Jira)
