We had a short alignment meeting on UX related topics for the Sandbox:

Agenda

• USCT applied user flow: WIP check in, focus on possibility of citizen-facing UI

  • clarify need and possibilities of USCT gov. practitioner involvement; if - when and how?

• Onboarding flow: WIP feedback and discussion

Regarding onboarding flow:

• functional features not main selling points

• idea of what is happening behind should be visible, in scenario not only include citizen and servant

  • tell specific story for servant for example and demonstrate above high level view, how govstack is tackling the big picture

• Artun Gürkan Jonas Bergmeier continue to work out service maps for USCT steps Registration and Payment
• Nico Lueck will be actively contacted by Artun Gürkan Jonas Bergmeier when service map is aligned with tech team and ready for review by USCT experts
• Sandbox “Onboarding” journey will be worked out on high level with focus on non-technical gov. decision maker, findings from empathy map workshop will be taken into account Jonas Bergmeier
