Rework Section 6 - Functional Requirements

  • Should functional requirements be organized around use cases? I would expect to see a list of the high-level functional requirements with details, irrespective of any use cases

Digital Registries is designed to be agnostic of the use case in focus. However the use case is used to give examples.

The work task given was related to Use Cases- all functional requirements needed for specific use case. Threfore I think the use case is important , however it is just an example.
High level functional requiremetns are described in the same chapter. I will bring the list of functionalities to the beginning of the chapter.
