Answer: Data field level is too detail in this version 1.0 . However the level of detail can progress in time in next iterations when we have more feedback from the community.

• 7.3 - How do the referenced "Data Element" relate to the resources mentioned in 7.2?

Answer: The relation between data element and resources are done as examples given in the beginning of the task. Is the relationship not clear? Data elements are in the resource model.
