Align the Functional Requirements with requirements in the template: this section should have list of requirements, i.e., what system has to do and what user has to be able to accomplish using the system. The requirements should be grouped by the functionalities defined in the Key Digital Functionalities section.

Acceptance Criteria

• The definitions of the functional requirements should be updated to align to the template (both in terms of format and, more importantly, in terms of content)

• The functional requirements should be grouped by Key Digital Functionalities
