The Data Structures section format should be updated to match the template

Acceptance Criteria

  • The list of items and ordering should match the template

  • Items not in the template should be moved to the end of the document

Yes, I think that the Schema Examples should be moved to Confluence.

Should I move section 7.3 Schema examples to Jira or is it correct to keep it there? Also, not sure 7.2 Data Structures is correct, but I just re-structured using what I had there
