Webhooks in IM

In high-volume scenarios, I would argue that webhooks are useful only for this type of async conversation and not really for event delivery, as event firehoses could easily overwhelm poorly implemented webhook endpoints.

Webhooks are not supported in the current release of X-road. PubSub can be used instead if needed. In the case of the PubSub service receiving push is actually in the same role as a webhook.

It' something to discuss. Do we need webhooks at all if we have PubSub
