Think like when you call the api and handover the message, what all happens INSIDE this BB before the message is sent out of the BB to a channel?

For e.g, how the message is put into a prioritized queue, how it finds which channel to use, how it sends message to that channel, how multicast takes place, how does it handle retries for a failed delivery, how it routes the messages from a client to a Govstack BB .etc..

As explained earlier, the sequence diagrams you have right now written explains how the bb interacts with external BBs, which is different from what happens inside the bb. Move this
