Yes, as it’s in Gitbook, the Registration Step is the process of an applicant registering to the platform to issue a construction permit later. We have a separate ticket for it, which is next in line. I’ve also consulted with and for our purposes the user registration use case should keep it as general as it is. We can use it as a base for more demanding use cases as well.

Giving my first thoughts.
Im not entirely sure what is this step for? User registration?
Would love to see full list of planned steps in this construction permit use case. this is not a construction permit use case, it is more like general user registration process (universal)- Identity BB? . If it is universal user registration step, then it should be reused in all use cases as a first step (user registration). Once the user has been registered, then the construction permit use case begins.
1. authentication,

2. consent,

3. fill forms, propagate data.

4. submit construction permit for processing

5. process constraction permit.

5. issue approval, register information to the digital registries BB.
