Reformat Functional Requirements According to the Template

Description

The Functional Requirements format should be updated to match the template. This may be difficult given the significant differences between the Key Digital Functionalities and these Functional Requirements, but let’s try and get them more closely aligned, if possible.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The requirements should be grouped by the same requirements that are defined in the Key Digital Functionalities section and in the same order

  • The format of the requirements should be updated to match the template

  • Links to Use Cases should link to the Use Case in GitBook (product-use-cases)

Good catch - I missed those as they were not images, but links to images. I have a PR ready that removes those:

I still see some links to images in the version on 1.0 (see 6.1.1.10 and a few others after that). Were these added back in as part of a merge or something? Can we safely remove the links now? I don’t see any other change requests pends in the 1.0 space.

I implemented Steve’s comments and did the size formatting for headings. Only left one comment to clarify if what Ingmar removed is what you referred to or if it is what I left a comment on

- I propose we move the table in 6.1.3 to Confluence (or the Other Resources section). We can have a small section 6.1.3 in Functional Requirements that points people to that table if they want to see how functional requirements map to use cases. - can you make that change?

As far as the images, it looks like Ingmar created a new PR to remove the screenshots.
