Reformat Data Structures According to the Template

Description

The Data Structures section should be updated the match the template.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Is the initial text helpful? Can it be removed or moved to the end?

  • The Standards paragraph needs to be reviewed. The link to the specification does not seem to fit given the content.

    • Do we want links to random LucidChart documents? I’d vote for no

  • Update the field table to match the template

  • Venue Details seems to be missing a heading number
