Fix Mermaid diagram syntax errors in workflow page

Description

The published bb-scheduler Internal Workflows page contains a number of mermaid diagrams with syntax errors.

As the version of Mermaid.js in use has been updated, these syntax errors are now leading to some diagrams on this page not displaying correctly.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Check all diagrams display correctly in latest Mermaid.js, as used by GitBook (today, that’s version 10.4.0)

I have updated the diagrams in the development space but these need publishing as a version. New release of scheduler, ?
