USCT sim. frontend batch Sprint 10

Description

Acceptance criteria / to do:

  1. Exit button update

  2. logo update

  3. title update

  4. Restart can be implemented 
(links back to start of onboarding tour)

  5. Change Header font for civil or Servant (talk to for sync, please)

  6. Progress bar can be Built (Chakra UI)

  7. Footer can be built

    1. please link somewhere for now, we will get the URLs Later

  8. DIAL catalog corner can be built after checked in with Nico if we can go ahead with that

    1. please only implement the opening action for now and check if you can pull DIAL catalog API data in there (remember this API validation ticket?!)

    2. detailed design inside the box will be finished after testing
