Transform Africa (April 26-28)

• Nora and David are leading. They are planning a meeting with Donor and Implementing organizations on the topic of digital public infrastucture and how to align on activities in country. We They are currently evaluating, in how far GovStack will be involved in this.  As far as I can asses participation etc at the moment, I think  Maybe a regional CIO forum could be a great opportunity for us to be visible, but we can also brainstorm other opportunities!.
