Comments

See https://govstack-global.atlassian.net/l/cp/f1oWy1sC for information on storage of content and version comparison methods etc

  • Rachel please remember that GitBook is just a doucmentation tool. All developments to our documents are tracked and stored.

  • Github allows us to compare versions, and commits, we can do it on GiHub

  • Whenever a Change Request (CR) is created always include in the title the Jira ticket number and a simple title.

  • If we decide to move away from Gitbok, we can as all our content and history of CRs is in Markdown.

  • If we wish to publish our CR history, we need to follow the procedure of

    • Providing the context of a CR on a Jira issue

    • Including the ticket number of the above JIra issue in the title of the CR

    • Make edit in CR to provide the content of the requried Change

    • A select few review the CRs and they either merge, archive or request an update in the CR.

Use Case Draft

Feedback

  • Perhaps rename the Use case as 'Natural Disaster management? Since we include regional stakeholders and concentrate only on natural disasters.

  • Community preparedness programs in disaster prone areas can be added to the use case

  • In times on need, other forces and resources can be repurposed or quickly upskilled to cater to spesefic needs.
