Value Proposition (for each target group):

  • Playbook is intended to be used by digital teams involved in the digitization of government services. Each section of the playbook describes which roles within a digital team are responsible for implementing each step of the GovStack Building Block approach (design services using a sequence of tools and methods to understand user needs, map user journeys & life events, and integrate prototypes in an agile way using reusable software components from the GovStack sandbox.).

Digital Exchange Platform (GovStack Whitelabel?)

Deliverable: An integrated version of https://exchange.dial.global/

Roadmap: https://solutions-catalog.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SOLUTIONS/pages/247955482/Product+Roadmap

Focal Point: Sarah Farooqi

Value Proposition (for each target group):

  • Demand-side actors:

    • For researchers in digital development who want a “one-stop-shop” of deeply-linked information, the Exchange provides a repository of on products, use cases, technical specs, resources, etc. that they can browse, compare, or contribute to.

    • For governments or organizations who have formal opportunities they want to find vendors for, the Exchange has 1) an RFP radar that is a central location to aggregate opportunities on digital development, and 2) self-maintained information on vendors. (*coming soon)

  • Supply-side actors:

    • For product owners who want to amplify their products to the GovStack community, the Exchange provides them with a page to keep their product info up-to-date by linking to relevant use cases and building blocks, and to share information on implementations and deployments.

    • For vendors who want to find opportunities that they can respond to (such as RFPs) and who want to advertise their services, the Exchange provides them with a central location to search for opportunities, and share information on their profiles about previous experience. (*coming soon)

    • For digital development experts who want to share their best practices or experiences, the Exchange has playbooks that they can create, update, share, and embed, to support a growing body of research.

  • Other

    • For organizations who want to their own private portal of content, the Exchange can be white-labeled and customized with different branding so that they can use the functionality and/or data of the platform.
