The Product Committee is made up of key implementation, technical, and technology partners. The team manages the roadmap and requirements for GovStack’s use cases, workflows, and building blocks. |
Functions |
Day-to-day operations related to the GovStack: Project Roadmap - Prioritizing work and aligning partners toward agreed project goals Use cases - Communicating with country engagement teams and technical building block teams to provide scope and context for building block specifications Processes - Working with the broad GovStack community to ensure that we have consistent and efficient processes to perform, manage, and evaluate our work Compliance - Working with partners and countries to demonstrate application and solution compliance to Building Block and overall GovStack requirements/specifications
Review questions, update use cases and workflows as needed, update the backlog of tasks, and prioritize the backlog for review by the Governance Committee for approval Fields questions (especially related to requirements) from Technical Committee as needed Reports to the Governance Committee who provides priorities

Deliverables |
While specific deliverables will vary, in general this committee is responsible for creating the following concrete outputs: GovStack Use Cases Coordinates Framework (use cases, workflows, building block definitions and specifications) Roadmap Compliance Reports (this may be done by a sub-committee, once compliance applications increase) Meeting Notes Project Guidance/Documentation
