Identify the needed content and sections for the document (ie. do we need to expand more on our testing process and process for existing DPGs to create adaptors to become compliant? Or should this be a separate technical document)

Understand how this document relates to the GERA document being developed by the Open Group. Cross link and provide context on these two documents for users.
