Introduction

Based on the use case documents, service blueprints were created. These blueprints are a series of diagrams that visualizes the relationship between different components such as Building blocks, Citizen action/goals, and government Service action/goals.
The blueprints allow us to understand the different roles of the building blocks during the use case journey, their relationship with each other and possible user actions.

Service Blueprint of Unconditional Social Cash Transfer - Individual on-boarding / payment

Related Use Case document:

This use case aims to illustrate the on-boarding of beneficiaries in the social protection infrastructure of a government. The use case also includes a diagram for “the social Protection program Beneficiary payment”, which additional blueprint was also created for this diagram.

There are two service blueprints created for this use case.

The first one illustrates the onboarding process.

The Second one illustrates the payment process.

The use case aims to illustrate a single scheduled electronic payment to beneficiaries of the programme, irrespective of whether it’s a one-time or recurring payment. The role of the beneficiary program and citizen was created based on the assumptions and previous analyses.
