Why do we form teams?
To Know who is working on what
To increase efficiency
To define a reporting and accountability line
What makes a team a team?
A common mission
All members working on the same deliverables/outputs
For our purposes, a team can also consist of only one person
Be aware that:
Few members as possible with same outputs/deliverables
Independent from meetings
"Being coordinated" is not an argument for constructing a team. That is the purpose of the committees
To achieve our goals above, besides “increase efficiency”, we could also form 1-person team (e.g. Partnerships)
