On January 12th, we met for sprint retro after TC meeting.
Action Items
- Agree a time with SolDevelo to go over the API descriptions and start realising the first ones vis-a-vis the new USE CASE
- All BB Leads to stalk the tickets for the next sprint in their sprint backlog
- Follow-up for the new use case - for it to be more detailed and to get the BB ownership from the very beginning
- PRs shouldn't be merged before technical approval, we should add merging rules
- Define priorities and having well-defined tasks/sprints
