Decisions need to be made regarding the Construction Permit Use Case for Djibouti. Blueprint:

Should we create the design for Open Island or Djibouti in sandbox? (Proposition: Do not involve Djibouti and keep it for Open Island)
Mobile first design (This is planned based on previous discussion, but it will be good if we all can agree. Due to the context it is expected that this flow will most likely to happen on desktop/ because of amount of documents needed to be uploaded etc. But it is beneficial to create it for mobile for sandbox and aligning with UI/UX group).
Which BBs will be used?
Certain Steps that we can consider which might be specific for Djibouti but can change based on the countries. This will effect the design, flow and actors
Does only architect/engineer needs to create an application for construction permit? This is a rule for Djibouti but for generic cases it can be different. If we change this and make it everyone can apply for permit there are couple of things we need to consider
Flow will change (It can work as one registration can be done by multiple person in different steps which might require their input and consent from the beginning. Payment can be done by one actor while registration can be done by another)
Architect/engineer signature is still needed
Land owner and any information regarding the project is needed
Primary Stakeholders of the construction with their basic information and consent should be stated.
For sandbox are We going to only focus for Citizen flow during the registration of the construction permit or is there any other things will be involved
Analysis of the application can be problematic part for us. It is highly country specific and might need various actions, roles and tools to use.
Different from Djibouti case , the Required documents will be slightly different for Upload Relevant documents Steps. It might include
Signed approval from project owner, architect/engineer, Landowner
