Sandbox team has developed use-case specific emulators to act as lightweight implementations of BBs. Emulators should remain as a part of the sandbox infra and are not part of the BB testing harness/process.

Nico - Having Test Mocks with current with newest API spec version is MUST. Having the sandbox and BB current with a newest API specs version is a Nice to have.

David - it may be used until there's multiple candidates.  That could be longer..  Also it may be more complicated where we discussed some candidates may map to part of a BB and how would the new front end worj in that instance.

Wes - The priority for the sandbox now is simply to create a demo for a use case (hopefully multiple in the future). Being up-to-date with the current release is not as critical
