Simulation User Tracking

@Farina Owusu will research what kind of tracking tool is currently used and GDPR compliant.

If the currently used tool by the GIY is unavailable for us, we’ll research an additional option.

The tracking is currently only planned for the simulation itself and not the onboarding page. The hosting of the onboarding page will be done by the vendor BitterSweet.

Following issues would be good to track for future evaluations and product scaling

  • when do they drop out? -> Track certain steps on the simulation

  • which page do they interact most with, e.g. civil servant view: “My Information page”?

  • how do they interact with the “insights”? (open/close tips)

  • usage of the DIAL button

  • Which Building Block do they check/research the most?

  • What content do they consume? E.g. certain Use Cases, etc.?

  • Do they use the tips overlay?

  • can we track “miss-clicks”?

  • When do they use the navigation buttons (back and forth) instead of the CTAs on the Wireframes?

  • When do they use “Restart”?

  • When do they use “Exit”-Button?

Ideas were based on the customer journey, created on the data from the user test sessions in April and May
