Next Steps for New Roles		We decided to adopt these new roles in the last SGC. What is the timeline for adoption? Nico: Timeline is ASAP, this was not specifically called out in the SGC decision What is the transition plan? How do we properly celebrate/thank the current BB leads? Decision: Wes to gather group to define transition timeline. The specific people for each role will continue to be discussed in the SGC
