GIZ contracted team (Proud Engineers / Trinity) to help with legal questions regarding legal entity in Estonia. Legal questions only, business/finance questions not in scope.

EstDev is looking into Business and Finance questions of legal entity. Expecting to get proposal in early August (Aug 5th); delays because of various people on holiday. This will be more than just a study, including workshops and active participation from the partners.

Please keep this process internal to help streamline the overall timeline.

GovStack Coalition is coming together, Nora will share document over email. Hoping to include a broader group into GovStack. Organizations are still interested in some form of MOU, even as this effort attempts to be less formal and more streamlined.
