J. shared brief overview on the feedback shared so far (both in terms of content and organisation etc) → overall feedback ok, some cricitical remarks on the organisation / tools but since the latest changes some of these issues should be resolved by now. Suggestions on the content will be taken up at a later stage (e.g. request for an BB refresher, focus on digital service design…)
