Technical Committee: sychronization w. max and new meeting schedule / candence | Jake and Ramkumar have synched up and looking to work more asynchronously rather than so many meetings. Reduce 3 meetings to one. 2 hours long. Name will be “Technical Committee” Number of available hours of experts should be mostly focussed on active work. Most BBs are now placing their roadmaps onto Jira. We still need a Technical Writer (for QC of the materials we produce) Update to the TORs in July | |

Country Engagement Playbook: Update | Playbook is now in development. Everyone seems on the same page. Great to have a start to go into an iteration process. Splitting the work into three components: Governance block, Service Design, Capacity Building.
