This page describes the GovStack meeting notes. We use this meeting page to both run the meeting and keep notes, actions and decisions.

To avoid long meeting where the current status of each report is read out, we ask all participants to read the links below before the meeting, add in any questions they may have and then ask them in the meeting. This will focus the meeting upon the questions, decisions and actions needed for greatest impact.

Sustainability Team Canvas	@Nora Hauptmann @Hans Christian Ende	GIZ contracted team (Proud Engineers / Trinity) to help with legal questions regarding legal entity in Estonia. Legal questions only, business/finance questions not in scope. EstDev is looking into Business and Finance questions of legal entity. Expecting to get proposal in early August (Aug 5th); delays because of various people on holiday. This will be more than just a study, including workshops and active participation from the partners. Please keep this process internal to help streamline the overall timeline.
	@Nora Hauptmann	GovStack Coalition is coming together, Nora will share document over email. Hoping to include a broader group into GovStack. Organizations are still interested in some form of MOU, even as this effort attempts to be less formal and more streamlined. Please review: Deadline: End of July Need to decide on how the Coalition relates to existing country engagement opportunities, so as not to confuse interested parties. Discuss again in early August. Need to have this clarified by the DPI Summit.
