• Nico: What is coming up next year? Anything related to the sandbox?

  • Nora: Some plans for additional training but nothing specific on the sandbox

• Steve: Is there a list of the future courses that will be developed? Is there a process to give input into that list?

  • Nora: There is a plan in Excel on SharePoint but there is not more budget to build more courses

  • Wes: May be able to work alongside country engagements to build new courses

  • Nico: This type of work will be going on for some upcoming country engagements

• Wes: There is a marketing aspect to the engagements, is that being considered and are we taking advantage of it?

  • Nora: It has not been

• Wes: Is there any follow up after the training?

  • Nora: Feedback is gathered as part of the training but no longer term metrics are being tracked

• Farina: It might be helpful to have some type of certificate or badge when completing training

  • Nora: There are certificates at the end of every e-learning course.

How can the PC Help?

• Checking in every quarter should be fine

• Not sure exactly how the PC can help aside from that. Perhaps helping with connections

Our Confluence Wiki is starting to get disorganized at the top level. What are some ways that we can better organize things?

Nico: Could ask people to help move their content or just move it ourselves

Steve: Could try to use the Gov* (Specs, Test, etc)

Decision: Wes to reorganize and share on Slack/PC for people to complain

Proposal to change cadence to every two weeks

Nico: Moving to the TC meeting time on the weeks when the TC is not happening

Steve: Move to every two weeks so that there is more content to discuss each week

Next meeting is in two weeks (US holiday next week)
