Identity Building Block 1.1.0 Release Note

This new release of Identity Building Block specifications introduce a new external API for the ID Building Block, the main characteristics are ;

Simple: We ensured to have only one entry point for any use case
Versatile: This API can adapt to multiple country contexts with or without connectivity, with multiple steps or single steps enrollment, with no of existing data or form of credentials.
Secured: This API secure the biometric data end-to-end, it will be later protected by an additional access control layer of partners management (future developments)
